Drove (kind of) upstate for the day and decided to stop by the barn for some aerial yoga. Pre-conditioned to a different style of aerial yoga- I found the class refreshing. After years of an aerial practice I never knew I could learn something new. The studio is beautiful and the barn creates a great atmosphere. The instructor I had was incredibly accommodating and encouraging. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in the area!

I did the very first video in the program and loved it! You do need to have somewhat of an idea on yoga poses in order to follow along. I would suggest learning some of the basic moves to get the best workout from the videos. I am excited to share my results!
