Hatha yoga is the gentler form of yoga, with the emphasis on getting into certain asanas — or positions — and then maintaining them for a certain time. There’s nothing wrong with floating in this feeling for a while, getting your teachy vibes flowin’, etc. At some point, though, there needs to be a Life Review. I bought this model because I am hooked on the old IBM little red track button. The hardware itself is fast and stable. It boots Win 10 quickly and the fingerprint recognition is easy to use. I don’t use it for gaming, and I suspect it would be a little under powered for the most intensive games, but for its great for Office apps and the occasional audio and video streaming. It doesn’t feel super sturdy, but I have dropped it from the sofa to the carpet a couple times and it’s held up well. It’s a good price point for the basic Yoga platform, but if you want the latest features and power, you’ll spend more.
