Sit upright with your back straight and your legs extended in front of you. Bend your left knee, allowing space to bring your right foot toward your left buttock. Drop your right leg to the floor with your right foot touching your left buttock. Lift your left foot and cross it over your right knee. Place your left foot firmly on the floor to the side of your right knee. Drop your right arm over the left side of your left knee and line your forearm up with your calf. Grab your left big toe with your right hand. Turn your head, neck, shoulders and torso to the left, bringing your chin in line with your left shoulder. Keep your head and spine lifted and look behind you. Hold this pose for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat three to five times. This pose cleanses and massages the internal organs.

I would though recommend continuing the yoga practice if you can, so you can continue to obtain all the other benefits that such practice bestows.
