J’ai commencé par le Ashtanga yoga qui est un yoga dynamique et plutôt physique puis j’ai complété avec du Sophro-Yoga et un professeur exceptionnel.

I’m sure that if you attended the class regularly you would be fine, but there were a lot of beginners who really didn’t have a clue what was going on. The class was big and busy, so a microphone would definitely help. The teacher had a lovely energy, but probably needs to think about the variety of abilities and experience of the students in the class. See More

I used the information in the other reviews and ordered a size large (I am 5’6″ and almost 200 lbs) instead of an x-large. They fit great although maybe a tad loose in the crotch area. The only negative I can say is they are definitely not “capri” length like the picture would indicate. They come down to my ankles. The only other negative is the swishing sound when I walk but that is not because of the pants, it’s because of my thighs. The first time I wore them and walked my normal two miles I came home and my underwear were soaked. It felt good.
