Tone your triceps muscles with a triceps extension exercise. Stand up tall and hold one dumbbell above your head with both hands. Position your inner arms so they are close to your ears. Maintain this upper arm alignment throughout the entire exercise. Inhale and bend your elbows, dropping your wrists behind you toward your shoulder blades.
