The transformative nature of the “tapas” of a burn sears not only the flesh, but can potentially affect all aspects of the individual as they endeavor to integrate the experience into their being. A bit of background information for context, followed by special considerations of supporting students with burns (note the people-first language vs. “burned students”) may enable the therapist to offer a more comprehensive environment.

I recommend doing an overseas yoga program. I’ve been wanting to try hot yoga and did a little research to see about the calories. So far it seems that most Moksha yoga sites claim it burns between 500 and 1000 calories, however other Health sites claim that your heightened heart rate is attributed to your body fighting harder to cool itself off rather than actually burning fat or calories. I have also read that Moksha Yoga is dangerous since it is so dehydrating. I’m not sure what to think.
