N.B: You will feel your inner-thigh muscles working really hard against the resistance of the ball. Ensure that you do not squeeze too hard, you’re just aiming to push until you feel a little resistance. You can work up to stronger squeezes over time.

My husband and I absolutely loved Bedford Post Inn pre-2017. My husband and I had our small wedding at Bedford Post Inn a little over a year ago and had the best experience ever. We went back for the …first time since then for our one year anniversary dinner. My husband tried to make special arrangements at what’s now called Baldanza plus notify them of my vegan diet beforehand but was not able to reach anyone on the phone or via email so had to make a reservation on Open Table. He and I both left several messages for the restaurant and never heard back from anyone. When we arrived there were so few cars in the lot that we were worried they weren’t even open. The hostess had the sad job of having to deal with the fact that their Open Table account wasn’t working so she had no idea who had reservations and then had to break the news that they don’t have their liquor license yet even though the new management had taken over back in April. Our overall assessment is that this place we once loved lost it’s charm and although the wait staff were nice enough, at best the food was okay. Our waiter really did try hard to please us and even arranged a way for us to get wine so we smiled and I didn’t have the heart to tell him that the pasta was way over salted and tasted like tin as if it came out of a can indicating that dish probably shouldn’t be served to other diners. My husband looked sad when his not so thick $42 filet mignon arrived on an unfinished looking plate with a couple of sad looking fingerling potatoes. He felt that he should’ve expected that as the steak knife that had been brought out prior to the dish was not one you would ever serve with a steak you’re proud of. I think the staff are doing the best they can to work with what they have so although we’ll probably never go back to Baldanza, it’s certainly not a reflection of their efforts. See More
