I am still a member and I still recommend this program. As a more advanced exerciser, though, I am using the Beachbody site more often as there are more programs there now that fit my needs. DailyBurn, however, is still a great choice.
I find its definitely not for beginners, I have never come across yoga which is this fast paced and always look forward to do my tranquility flow… You sure work up a sweat and very proud I have made it to level 3…..

We all go into workouts with our own set of goals and expectations. Maybe you run for the mental health benefits. Maybe you lift for the gainz. Maybe you love the serenity of yoga and the aggression of boxing. It’s great to home in on your “why” to motivate you to get up, lace up your sneaks, and get to sweating. But what about the “how”? First thing I noticed was that the production quality of the workout DVD’s menu was pretty low for what you’d expect from a powerhouse like Jillian. But, thankfully, once you get to the actual workouts, you get Jillian plus two of her buds doing the workouts in a beautiful white desert — they’re even rocking shades because the sun is so bright.
Lay down on your back with your feet bent and arms straight by your side. Make sure your neck is in line with the rest of your body. By pushing your hands into the ground, slowly lift your legs and lower back up until you are leaning on your upper back and shoulders.
LOVE hot yoga! It’s such a great workout. I do both 60min and 90min hot hatha yoga classes at my studio and wear my HRM all the time. Depending on the day and how hard I push myself, the amount of calories I burn fluctuates. This AM during my 60min class, I burned 429cals. Saturday during my 90min class, I burned 670cals.
Many  people think that getting the heart rate up through jogging is a good  way to lose weight. Research shows that this is a misconception, and it  is not a good way to lose weight at all. It can make a stressed nervous  system even more exhausted, and lead to adrenal fatigue. What is much better for weight loss is getting the heart rate up for a very short burst and then dropping  it right down, then getting it up and then dropping it down. This can  certainly be achieved by an intelligent yoga practice.
There is an impersonal approach and most of the process exists out of computer based training. People with a burn-out want to be heard. Acknowledgement for their pain. Then acceptation. Lastly a sense of direction for a solution.

De ene dag heb je meer energie dan de andere, een volgende keer ben je wat flexibeler of juist stijver. Het is fijn om te gaan zien dat je niet steeds dezelfde kunt en hoeft te zijn. Vanuit dat besef ga je ook niet meer duwen om toch die draai te kunnen maken. Je gaat tot waar je kunt en respecteert de grens van die dag. Een waardevolle les die het lichaam ons leert, want zo kunnen we ook met onze geest leren omgaan. Handelen naar wat er in dit moment wel en niet kan, en dat oké vinden.
