Now that I am mostly healed, I am able to do the standing poses as well and they are pretty challenging to do properly, but really great. Sometimes, I am too impatient to slow down enough to spend an hour doing these very slow and flowing poses. But it is also, just the thing to calm you when you need to slow down and get centered. And it is definately a work out. At least for me. I highly recommend this DVD.
