I have returned 3 yoga 700 to best buy within 7 months. They are currently setting up the 4th computer for me. At first they acted like I was crazy, they have tried to fix all of them many times, they keep telling me I bought a bad one but 3 bad ones??? Of more importance than cardio vs strength training might be how the exercise is done. Intensity is the key to burning fat. It takes a ton of walking or strength training with light weight (5 lb, many body weight exercises) to equal a short duration of intense exercise. Toe excise effectively research HIIT (work at 90% of your max – much higher more intense than most people think their max is, followed by barely moving, in short intervals. Or HIT done ballistically – e.g. Heavy weights that take that burst of energy to move it – again much more than most people think they can do. A workout should be “wor” and feel hard! Report

I was shocked there was not a downward dog to be done, no inversions to try to perfect and I spent more time on my back and butt than anything else. But when it really comes down to it, if I leave a 90 MINUTE LONG workout and feel like I have quite a bit of gas left in my tank, I feel my time would have been better spent on something else.

Y Yoga is amazingly clean, comfortable, have laminate floors and provides a relaxing atmosphere to exercise.  The instructors were so patient and helped me get the right pose.  They actually seemed like they care.  I’ve tried a few types of yoga already, but I love the hot yoga here.  I wish it was a little cheaper so I can actually afford it every month, but I guess you have to pay top dollars for top quality.  It’ll be a treat for me every 3 months.
