I was completely under the impression that it’s going to cover 30 days starting from the first attended class. Like when you buy something and then choose when to activate it. No! 30 days start on the day of a purchase, which means I lost a whole day just by buying the pass in the evening… Nowhere on their website they explain that. If I didn’t go next day I would have lost even more and noone would have even told me!

This 3-DVD set has so many options that I am still working through all of them. Some are short, some are long, some work on certain areas of the body- it is exactly what I wanted. I had been looking for programs to use at home to supplement my 2-classes per week. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.My only complaint is that they are in black and white. They are filmed in beautiful tropical settings but you don’t get the effect because it is black and white.
