Hi there Jaki, the main idea of the yoga burn series is three 45 minute video programs. It would really depend on your skill level. Feel free to complete all three 45 minute videos each week but only once you are comfortable with them. This is the expectation of the yoga burn plan. However if you are not comfortable there is no stress and you can take as long as you need with the first phase video “foundational flow”. Take as much time as you need with the first and second phase because they provide you the skills needed for the “mastery flow” phase. I didn’t connect with all the teachers so it’s worth trying a few classes to see who suits you best. I found the gentle flow class with Anu very relaxing. The basic yoga class is suitable for beginners. They also offer teacher training and retreats.

The study design was a randomized controlled trial. A total of 44 patients with stress-related symptoms or diagnoses in a primary health care centre in Sweden were invited to participate in the study. The patients had sought treatment at the primary health centre during the previous 6 months. Patients suitable for inclusion were identified by the general practitioners, counselor, district nurses, or physiotherapists at the patient’s first visit or at an ongoing contact at the primary health care centre. One of the two physiotherapists, responsible for the study, then invited the patients to participate in the study. Five patients declined participation at the time of the invitation, and after randomization, two more patients discontinued participation. A total of 37 patients were finally analyzed in the study (Figure 1).

Bought a three class pass. Flow with Paul was great. Went to Bex’s class but there was a sub (seemed v. last minute as Bex’s name was on the board outside) and I made an exit after 15 minutes because it wasn’t feeling like the class for me. Annoying when you have made an effort to be there, checked schedule etc. Sound medicine with Shervin was gorgeous, although eye pillows would have been appreciated and the dim lighting kept me a bit switched on. Didn’t feel that Levi’s class was level 1/2 as advertised and was just a bit bland. All in all, found YB to be lacking some soul. Needs lights on the dark passage way at night.
