Not really a con since it’s understandable that they wished to market their other awesome products, though less emails would have been possible. I bought a Netgear CM700 about a year ago to use with RCN’s 330 Mbps service. It went into the same media cabinet that I took my FiOS equipment out of (i.e. Completely unventilated). I’ve literally never had to touch it once since then. However, I have run into one problem: firmware updates. Netgear won’t provide them, saying only the cable provider can do so. RCN says it’s a BYOM and therefore only Netgear can. Stalemate. Any ideas?

If you’re a beginner, there isn’t really enough instruction to be able to do the video without looking. I definitely prefer Rodney Yee by a mile and will be returning to Gaiam yoga workouts. I feel like they provide a much better flow and a feeling of accomplishing a great workout without feeling rushed through moves. Due to the quickness and poor communication of movements I felt like there were a lot of places where beginners may have been prone to incorrectly complete movements, leading to a wasted workout and possibly injury.
