Burn is a great place to go get a great spin class in. My girlfriend and I go every weekend. The atmosphere is great and the staff is a joy to be around. Adriana keeps the spin class motivated and plays great music. Unlike a lot of gyms, you really get to know the instructors. A lot of fun and I would recommend that anyone who enjoys spinning try it.

Hi there, thanks for sharing this. Another great idea for losing a good 500-600 calories a day is to pick a route that you can not cut short whether it be while walking, running or cycling. I cycle and when I really want to burn a big amount I make sure I definitely turn down the road that will take me the long way, as I know to will be 200 more calories than the short way. This really helps getting a great workout in, especially when you lack motivation sometimes, which most people do at some stage.
