I’ve been going here since January and I LOVE it. The workouts are great and always leave me sweaty and exhausted, I’ve definitely gained a lot of tone and muscle since I started here, I started with 3 lb weights and now I use 8 lbs the whole workout. Katrina’s class is probably my favorite, she does a great job correcting your form and the cardio almost kills me every time (in the best way). I’ve gone to almost every instructors class at this point though and they’re all really great!
